We run four apartment buildings with 60 apartments in the third largest city and economic metropolis of Switzerland. Basel is home to corporations such as Roche, Novartis, Syngenta and many more.
Our apartments are ideal for people who are looking for a fully equipped, furnished apartment with a weekly cleaner as opposed to having their own apartment.
Our offer is aimed at international customers who are staying in Basel on business for a longer period of time and are looking for a convenient place to stay. We also have tenants from Switzerland and neighboring countries. There is a choice of five different apartment types. They range from small one bedroom apartments to spacious three bedroom apartments. Regardless of their size, all of our apartments have high quality furniture.
Furnished apartment Basel / Binningen
In order to make your stay in Basel as comfortable as possible, extensive and high-quality equipment awaits you in our apartment houses. All of our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a combination oven and a Nespresso coffee machine. Our studios have a microwave and refrigerator. The larger apartments have their own washing machines, alternatively there is also a wash room with washing machines and dryers which you can use free of charge. All apartments have a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartments in the Haus Zum Zoo all have an air conditioner for hot summer days. Digital TV and high-speed Internet is included for your work and entertainment. All apartments are cleaned weekly and the bed linen is changed every two weeks. If you wish, you can rent a parking space on site at all apartment houses. All of the services mentioned are included in the rental price. (Please note: Radio and TV fees are billed separately.)
Haus Zum Zoo
As the name suggests, the Haus Zum Zoo lies right next to the Basel Zoo. This is a very convenient location as the main train station and the old town of Basel are within walking distance. The bus stop for the airport shuttle is just round the corner too. The apartment house Basel has 22 apartments ranging in size from 20 square meters (1-room apartment) to 100 square meters (duplex/penthouse apartment). All apartments are modern and bright. Some apartments have a balcony. In 2020, the entire apartment building was renovated and equipped with air conditioning.
Schweizergasse
Our apartment house Schweizergasse is only a few meters away from Haus Zum Zoo in a quiet street between Schützenmattpark and Basel Zoo. From the apartment house Schweizergasse you can reach Basel main train station and the city center in just a few minutes. The building houses ten bright and modern apartments, the size of which varies from around 48 to 72 square meters. The apartment house was renovated in 2010 and equipped with a ventilation system.
Zum letzten Batzen, Binningen
The apartment house Zum letzten Batzen with its 22 furnished apartments is located in Binningen, a suburb of the city of Basel. There are bus and tram stops in the immediate vicinity of the house. You can walk into the city centre of Basel in a few minutes. The smallest unit is 25 square meters in size, the largest attic apartment is 88 square feet meters. The apartment building Zum letzten Batzen was renovated in 2017 and has an elevator.
Wettsteinallee
Are you looking for a temporary 'home' in the heart of Kleinbasel, close to the Rhine and the Old Town? Then our apartment house at Wettsteinallee 63 is the right place for you. In just a few minutes walk you can reach the exhibition and congress center or the art museum. Streetcar and bus connections are within walking distance.
